A very warm welcome to George & Cath Kidman everybody...

Great friends George Kidman and Cath Cox tied the knot recently at the Melbourne Town Hall, right on the very balcony that the Queen gave three twirls and a clutch of the pearls, and the Beatles greeted the screaming mass of Melbourne Tweenies for the first time. The bride – who is usually stunning – outdid even herself for unassuming beauty on the day.
Special Mentions go to the Best Man for possibly the funniest speech ever, but – as it should be – The show was stolen by George for an incredibly heartfelt speech of the heart, making any mum proud and every other mum there jealous.
And it made me proud as a South Australian to see staff having to leave the venue to acquire more Pale Ale at least three times during the night...
